Fog Lights

As you very well may have noticed, there were some slight differences between the 2003, and the 2003.5 production runs of the MSP. One of the differences being foglights. There are no foglights on the 2003.5 models and there are huge, bug-eyed fog lights on 2003 models. After finding a set of these “halo” foglights. I decided to mount them onto my car. It took me about a day to get them mounted properly. It should be noted that you can now buy a bracket made by a guy on the Mazdaspeed forums that will duplicate what I did. In any case, the fog lights add a nice “halo” when wanted at night. It looks similar to the modern BMW running lights. When switched to “super mode” the lights are ultra bright, and I have them aligned to fill out the weak spots in the headlights. I find them very useful when making canyon runs at night.
