The suspension in my car is great. The way racing beat beefed up in the protege was a feat no less than fantastic. The area they compromised on for ride quality was the springs. I replaced the stocker MSP springs with a set from Goldline, which dropped the car 2.9 inches all the way around. This gave the car a much more “racey” look without making it look slammed. There is still a slight gap between the tires and the fender wall. I think it looks really good. Looks aside, the spring is 34% stiffer than the stock configuration. Body roll is nill, this is the way the car should of been stock.
